Vadym Chernega

Vadym Chernega is an angel investor and Co-founder, President, and General Manager of Intersog Canada, where he has built and scaled software and AI-driven businesses for enterprise and mid-market clients.

A hands-on operator, Vadym has led AI pilots, complex platform builds, automation initiatives, and large-scale system integrations. His strength lies in turning emerging technologies into production systems that deliver measurable business results - not experiments.

Vadym holds a Master’s degree from Odessa Polytechnic National University, an MBA from Steinbeis Hochschule, and completed MIT’s Executive Program on AI Strategy in 2025. His background includes leading global technology initiatives in the maritime industry, managing distributed teams, and delivering mission-critical systems across international markets.

As an investor, advisor, and board participant, Vadym works closely with founders to evaluate technology strategy, execution risk, and scalability. He focuses on companies where disciplined execution, sound architecture, and clear governance create durable competitive advantage.
